5. Delivery Driver Responsibilities

5.2 Timely Delivery: Delivery Drivers are accountable for the punctual delivery of products, as mutually agreed upon by the Vendor and the Customer.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Accurate Information: Customers must provide precise shipping information.
6.2 Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
6.3 Prohibition of Unlawful Activity: Customers agree not to utilize the platform for any unlawful purposes or engage in fraudulent activities.
7. Fees and Payments
7.1 Fee Structure: HGO reserves the right to impose fees for certain services, including transaction fees for sales executed through the platform.
7.2 Notification of Fees: Vendors and Customers will be duly informed of any applicable fees prior to the completion of their transactions.

8.2 Facilitation by HGO: HGO shall facilitate returns in compliance with the Vendor’s policy; however, Vendors retain final discretion regarding returns and refunds.

9.2 Independent Contractors: Vendors and Delivery Drivers shall be regarded as independent contractors, and HGO disclaims any liability arising from their actions or omissions.

10.1 Ownership: All content featured on the HGO platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—remains the exclusive property of Good Products Good Co. LTD or its licensors.
